Please note, the star ingredients listed on our Menu Découverte and Menu Sonnet du Terroir may not be the one you discover during your visit. The chef works reactively with what our beautiful region has to offer and what our growers have available. This leads to monthly and bi-monthly changes to dishes and formulas.
